which creates the Macroprudential Authority Financial Stability Board, its legal regime is established and certain aspects related to macroprudential tools are developed:<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit;\">&#8220;In a complex and interconnected financial system like the current one, it is especially important to ensure stability and prevent potentially systemic risks that could end up negatively affecting the real economy.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit;\">Thus:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit;\">&#8220;The following agencies and authorities will cooperate in good faith with <\/span>AMCESFI<span style=\"color: inherit;\"> and will provide the information they have available in the exercise of their respective responsibilities and that is necessary for the exercise of AMCESFI&#8217;s functions: a) The Bank of Spain. ) The CNMV c) The General Directorate of Insurance and Pension Funds d) The FROB e) The Institute of Accounting and Audit of Accounts f) The Deposit Guarantee Fund of Credit Institutions g) The Fondo de Investment Guarantee h) The Insurance Compensation Consortium i) The Independent Authority of Fiscal Responsibility j) The National Commission of Markets and Competition <span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">k) The Institute of Spanish Actuaries<\/span> l) Any other authority or public body
