Actuarial and Financial Sciences, new students have been offered the possibility of attending course 0 of the master&#8217;s degree completely free of charge.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit;\">This year, course 0, which has been taught by Professor Dr Pedro Jos\u00e9 Serrano, has focused on the study of Matlab mathematical software.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit;\">MATLAB (short for MATrix LABoratory) is a numerical computing system that offers an integrated development environment (IDE) with its own programming language (M language).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit;\">Universidad Carlos III de Madrid has a Matlab Campus-Wide license, which provides unlimited use of Matlab for all students, teachers, researchers and administration and services personnel, on and off-campus and on any
