The following speakers participated in the KPMG presentation: Paloma Manso (Senior Manager of Audit Financial), Elena Gomez (Staff People) and Maria Marco (People Scholar).<\/p>\n
They began the presentation of KPMG by publicizing Paloma Manso’s career in the company as Senior Manager and Audit Financial. With his testimony, attendees were able to learn about professional progression within the company and day-to-day within the Audit department, explaining how work is organized based on clients and projects and the two main phases (from September to December, where there is more work in the client in order to understand the operation of the company better and determine the tests that will be used in the audit; from January to March, when the tests are carried out and the information is transferred to the client).<\/span><\/p>\n They then explained the advantages of entering the company as a junior and the different programs for incorporating young people into the company (Rocket Program, Tech Program, Graduate Program and Blue Summer Program).
