Optimization of actuarial models with AI"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The event took place both in person and online, featuring numerous attendees from the actuarial sector and master&#8217;s degree students.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit;\">Sabina Mart\u00edn, Research Project Manager, ICEA, and Pedro Serrano, Deputy Director of the Master&#8217;s Degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences, UC3M, opened the session and welcomed attendees and participants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: inherit;\">The following were the various presentations:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit;\">Sanae Amzigh Ben Moussa, Master&#8217;s Degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences student, UC3M: Reducing bias in the pricing process with Artificial Intelligence techniques.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit;\">Arturo Palomo, Master&#8217;s Degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences student, UC3M: Optimizing actuarial severity models with Generative Artificial Intelligence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit;\">Antonio Mart\u00edn, Director of Business Analysis and Intelligence, ICEA: The Current landscape of AI in actuarial models in the insurance sector.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit;\">Daniel S\u00e1nchez del \u00c1lamo, Head of Pricing, Pelayo and Director of the Actuarial Observatory on Data Science and Artificial Intelligence: Implementing AI in actuarial models.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: inherit;\">Marc Abuin, Manager, Technology &#038;
