Successful candidates will be accomplished researchers with the potential to publish in top journals with global impact.<\/p><p>Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, or a related field before joining <strong>uc3m<\/strong> (no later than September 2027). Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is not required.<\/p><p>The gross salary for this position ranges from \u20ac41K to \u20ac54K per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there may be salary supplements available based on productivity and excellence, along with a one-time payment of \u20ac3K to assist with moving expenses. Standard benefits include healthcare coverage under the Spanish National Health System.<\/p><p>The Department\u2019s Hiring Committee will assess applications based on strong research and teaching potential.
