El art\u00edculo\u00a0\u00abA Bird in the Hand is Worth Two in the Bush: Technology Search Strategies and Competition Due to Import Penetration\u00bb\u00a0investiga c\u00f3mo las empresas cambian la estrategia de I+D\u00a0en respuesta al aumento de las importaciones en el mercado nacional. En concreto, sus resultados muestran que en los a\u00f1os inmediatamente\u00a0despu\u00e9s\u00a0de un aumento de las\u00a0importaciones, las empresas tienden a recurrir m\u00e1s a fuentes de conocimiento utilizadas\u00a0anteriormente\u00a0en el desarrollo de innovaciones, y menos a\u00a0nuevas\u00a0fuentes de conocimiento.
