Our subscription currently provides access to a total of 20 datasets from two modules: “Audit + Compliance” and “Audit Analytics Europe.”

The Audit + Compliance module tracks and analyzes client and competitor activities and trends related to audit, regulatory, and disclosure issues. The Audit + Compliance module covers all SEC registrants. Datasets included in the module include auditor changes, audit opinions, benefit plan opinions, director and executive changes, internal controls, disclosure controls, late filers, and financial restatements.

The Audit Analytics Europe module covers public companies listed on European stock exchanges (EEA + Switzerland) and includes information on auditors, mandates, and audit fees. With Audit Analytics Europe, you can track mandatory auditor rotation, analyze year-over-year changes in audit fees, monitor auditor market share, and gain insights into the audit market. Datasets included in the module include auditor changes, auditor engagements and mandates, audit fees, audit opinions, key audit matters, and transparency reports.
