The Department of Business Administration at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid invites applications for full-time tenure track positions in Accounting, Finance, Management and Marketing.

We are looking for highly qualified candidates who are dedicated to pursuing a career in research and teaching at both the graduate and undergraduate levels. Successful candidates will be accomplished researchers with the potential to publish in top journals with global impact.

Applicants must have a Ph.D. in Accounting, Finance, Management, Marketing, or a related field before joining uc3m (no later than September 2027). Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential. Knowledge of Spanish is not required.

The gross salary for this position ranges from €41K to €54K per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, there may be salary supplements available based on productivity and excellence, along with a one-time payment of €3K to assist with moving expenses. Standard benefits include healthcare coverage under the Spanish National Health System.

The Department’s Hiring Committee will assess applications based on strong research and teaching potential. We will accept full applications from July 15, 2026, to May 30, 2027.
