Magdalena Dobrajska is assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration at University Carlos III de Madrid. Magdalena holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark. Prior to joining UC3M, she was assistant professor in Strategic and International Management at Copenhagen Business School. Before entering the academic career, she worked in the wind turbine industry in Denmark. Her research focuses on the boundaries of the firm, strategic organizational design within firms, and organizational decision-making. Magdalena's teaching experience includes Strategic Management at Copenhagen Business School. She is currently teaching International Human Resource Management at Carlos III.
