Magdalena Dobrajska is a visiting professor in the Business Economics Department at Carlos III. She obtained her PhD in Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark. Before coming to our university, she was a visiting professor at Copenhagen Business School, teaching Strategic and International Management. In addition, she previously worked in the wind turbine industry. Magdalena's research focuses on the boundaries of companies, the strategic organizational design of these, and organizational decision-making. She currently teaches the subject 'International Human Resource Management'.
