David MartĆ­nez Miera is a Visiting Professor (with tenure) of Finance in the Department of Business Economics at the Universidad Carlos III where he teaches Financial Management.

David holds a PhD in Economics from the Center for Monetary and Financial Studies (CEMFI) and the UIMP. He has a master's degree in Economics and Finance from CEMFI and a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of La Rioja.

His research interests focus on the field of corporate finance, specifically on aspects related to banking economics.
