Yang Ding
Assistant Professor of Accounting
Yang DING is an Assistant Professor in the Business Administration Department at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. He holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Management Control from HEC Paris and was a visiting Ph.D. student at the University of Toronto. Yang also obtained an M.Sc. in Financial Accounting from Queen's University, Canada, and an M.A. in International Accounting from the City University of Hong Kong. He is an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) affiliate.
Prior to joining UC3M, he was an adjunct professor of Corporate Finance at the Ecole de Management LƩonard de Vinci. His research focuses on financial information, corporate reporting, and corporate finance, with a particular emphasis on the use of innovative methodologies and archival data to explore corporate disclosure practices, their interaction with information environments, and the processes of regulatory frameworks.
