From the Master in Actuarial and Financial Sciences, we want to congratulate Antonio for this great achievement that he undoubtedly deserves given the remarkable quality of his record at the Carlos III University of Madrid.
The participants have been selected from recent graduates in various studies such as Bachelor’s/Master’s in Actuarial Sciences, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or Telecommunications, Business Administration and Management or Economics.
Once the selection process has begun, applicants must go through a selection process of several months that includes the following phases: first telephone connection, personal interviews for competencies, group dynamics, aptitude tests, group interviews and a final panel where they must resolve a Business Case before different directors of the company.
The three-year program offers the candidate the development of their professional career, working in different missions in different areas of the company, including some abroad and in different Spanish cities, thus enhancing their strategic and operational vision of the business and the insurance market.
