Lola is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Business Economics at the Carlos III University of Madrid. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Management (National University of Colombia), a Master's Degree in Economics and Business (Pompeu Fabra University), and a PhD in Business Studies from the University of Barcelona. She has been a visiting researcher at the Norwegian Business School BI, San Diego State University SDSU, and the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration WU.
Her main research areas are service marketing and consumer well-being. Currently, Lola teaches several subjects in the area of Marketing in undergraduate and postgraduate programs, and is one of the people in charge of the Spanish Innovation Index.
