Professors José Penalva and Mikel Tapia have received the CNMV Award for best paper on Securities Markets and their Regulation or Supervision at the XXX Finance Forum of the Spanish Finance Association (AEFIN)  for their paper entitled "Operate not Amputate: A Surgical Approach to Dealing with Short-Selling" together with Oscar H Florindo (PhD from UC3M).
