From UC3M Business, we are pleased to announce our annual awards for excellence in teaching: the 2022-2023 Teaching Awards. This special recognition is awarded to the five members of the department with the highest teaching evaluations from the last academic year.
This year’s winners are Beatriz García Osma, Jaime Alfonso Bonache Perez, Kurt Achiel Desender, Juan Manuel García Lara, and Michele Piazzai.
The article «Women on Family Business Boards Shun Lyoffs» by our colleagues Jessenia Dávila, Luis Gómez-Mejía, Fernando Muñoz Bullón and María J. Sánchez-Bueno has been selected as the winner of the Schulze Award for Publication 2023/24 from FamilyBusiness.org in the Commentary category.

The work of our colleague Ying Li, co-authored with Olga M. Khessina, has been accepted for publication in the Academy of Management Journal.
