Lightcast is a database that includes millions of job postings from more than 65,000 sources daily, including job boards, company websites, and other sources. This dataset is created using natural-language processing technology and other AI tools. Every job post in the database contains information over more than 70 different elements including:

• Hard and soft skills in demand.
• Experience and education requirements.
• Advertised salary/market estimates.
• Hurdles, benefits and company values.
