On Tuesday, April 26, we have the participation of Generali in the "Actuarial Day", specifically with Cristina Gadea, responsible for Employer Branding, Luis Díaz Moreyra (2nd-year student of the current promotion) and Irene Hernández (a former student of the promotion 2018-2020), both participated in the GENERALI YOUNG LIONS program and are currently part of the GENERALI staff, and Paula Egido, People Advisor.

The conference began with Cristina Gadea presenting the Generali Group and Generali Spain, as well as the company's value proposition. She then explained the selection process to enter the company, specifying the different phases and the dates on which they will take place in this year 2022, as well as the conditions offered.

After this first part, Irene Hernández and Luis Díaz explained to the students their academic and professional careers at Generali, commenting on their functions, projects they work on, possibilities for professional development and making a general assessment of their experience.

Next, they answered the questions and doubts that the attendees expressed, dealing with topics such as continuous training in the company, master's programs that the company offers to employees, and possibilities of international mobility or career development.
