The corporate presentation was carried out by Sergio Gosálbez (actuarial director) and he was accompanied by Delfina Nogues (HR).

After watching a corporate video, the speakers specified the different lines of business of the company within the regulated industries (Insurance (encompassing the business consulting branch, the technology branch and the actuarial branch), Energy, Telecommunications and Banking), explaining briefly what type of projects the company's actuaries are in charge of; among these projects, IRFS17, Solvency II with the calculation of technical provisions, the provision of claims, Pricing or, as a novelty, projects related to climate risks stand out.

Throughout the presentation, both speakers interacted with the students explaining topics related to day-to-day life in the company. Special attention was highlighted to the internal promotion of workers and how they are helped to grow in the workplace. In addition, they wanted to highlight how once inside the company they continue to be trained and how the individual career plan that the company follows is based on meritocracy. Finally, the dynamism and good atmosphere in the workplace were also highlighted (projects of various kinds and with different clients) and how young teams are gaining experience by having support and help not only from their colleagues but also from their seniors or managers.

For her part, Delfina explained the hiring process (both for interns and workers), as well as the basic skills that are valued in the selection process.
