We are pleased to announce the 2022 Madrid Work and Organizations Workshop.
The workshop will convene this year on May 12 and 13, 2022, at the IE Business School tower. Following the successful format of recent years, we will have prominent keynote speakers and select other works to be presented by local researchers. At the moment, we are delighted to confirm the attendance of JR Keller (Cornell University) and Myriam Mariani (Bocconi University).
The Madrid Work & Organizations Workshop brings together academics who research the areas of strategic human capital, industrial relations, organizational behavior, personnel economics, and related fields. The workshop is an informal forum to discuss ongoing research and foster collaboration among academics. It is an excellent forum for receiving feedback on research projects.
The workshop takes place annually and is co-organized in turns by UC3M Business, IESE, and IE Business School. This year the workshop will take place at IE Business School on 12 and 13 May (starting at noon on 12 May and ending in the early afternoon of 13).
We invite professors and doctoral students to submit their proposals. If you are interested in participating, please send a summary of your work to rocio.bonet@ie.edu before March 1, 2022.
