Yang DING is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at University Carlos III de Madrid. She holds a Ph.D. in Accounting and Management Control from HEC Paris and was a visiting Ph.D. student at the University of Toronto. Yang also earned an M.Sc. in Financial Accounting from Queen's University, Canada, and an M.A. in International Accounting from the City University of Hong Kong. She is an ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) affiliate.
Before joining UC3M, she was an Assistant Professor of Corporate Finance at Ecole de Management Léonard de Vinci. Her research focuses on financial disclosure, corporate reporting, and corporate finance, with a particular emphasis on using innovative methodologies and archival data to explore corporate disclosure practices, their interaction with information environments, and the processes of regulatory frameworks.
