The presentation, which took place on March 21, was given by Víctor Moraira (HR Consultant/Business Partner at Munich RE) and Federico Tassara (Actuary/Business Development Manager at Munich RE).

The presentation began with a "quiz game" in which attendees had to answer how much they knew about the company.

Subsequently, after viewing a video, the speakers made the company known as one of the largest reinsurance companies in the world, with 143 years of history and several business areas (reinsurance, direct insurance and asset management) with a diversified business model: traditional reinsurance, capital management and new strategic opportunities.

In addition, they explained how the company analyzes a large amount of data to incorporate new projects such as those related to new technologies in the medical sector or projects related to the environment.

They interacted with the students throughout the presentation, explaining the professional career in the company and what qualities are sought in a worker: adaptability, natural leadership (teamwork), critical capacity and technical strength always accompanied by human quality.

Finally, a question and answer session was opened to clarify doubts and provide more information to the attendees and they explained the hiring process for internships and employment.
