Closing the cycle of company presentations, Juan de Ipiña (Principal) and Conchita Dello Ioio (Recruiting manager) presented Oliver Wyman as a company focused on global strategic consulting and that works only with large companies. It was explained that the company places great importance on the horizontal development of workers (you work hand in hand with people of all ranks and between departments) and how entrepreneurship and initiatives are always welcome to help grow within the company. In addition, they explained how the structure and markets covered by the company (automotive sector, energy sector, financial sector, etc.) allow them to work from the local headquarters, for example, Madrid, but in international projects, since they cover all parties that are integrated into the field of actuarial consultancy (Corporate Strategy: market opening. They combined the most technical part with the most personal part, talking about the possibility of building, through meritocracy, a professional career within the company. They highlighted that the aim is to promote the relationship between colleagues through positive and constructive feedback to learn and improve in what allows them to continue developing as a worker in all areas.

Lastly, the speakers commented on the most relevant aspects when assessing a candidate (scheduling, high level of English, proactivity, initiative...) and how to apply to the company's job opportunities, and how the selection process tends to be.
