KISS by AXA is a project aimed at promoting young talent to introduce it to the world of work and obtain innovative and revolutionary ideas that generate a new paradigm in the world of insurers. It is a bootcamp in which those selected, supervised by professionals chosen by AXA, will work as a team for a day and a half and will have the opportunity to be part of the company, among many other awards.
KISS is made up of the abbreviation Keep Insurance Simple and Smart, with which we want to pick up the need to turn the insurance into something simple, intelligent and innovative and with the ability to adapt to the new times.
The competition, which will take place on April 6 and 7 at its headquarters in Madrid, is aimed at university students (from the third year of career), graduate students and professionals with less than three years of experience.
