As in previous editions, the students of the Master's Degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences participated on March 6 in MAPFRE's BugaMAP.

The BugaMAP is a business strategy game applied to the insurance market and aimed at Universities.

Students are grouped into work teams as if they were insurance companies that operate in one or several branches.

The game pursues the assimilation of contents related to the management of the insurance business, through the adoption of representative decisions of the different management areas of an insurance company, and the simulation of its impact on the market share, results and solvency of the company. 

This year the bugaMAP has been a qualifier because it is going to be held, at the headquarters of the Mapfre Foundation of Madrid, a final between the best teams of the different Universities.
