The company's presentation was attended by Agustín Saggese, Actuarial Manager, Andrea Fernández and María Marhuenda from the Talent Attraction and Acquisition team.

Andrea Fernández and María Marhuenda began the presentation with a corporate presentation explaining the location of EY EMEIA and EY Spain, as well as the firm's service lines (audit, consulting, transactions and legal). They then commented on the internal information options that the company offers (coaching, training plans, EY University) and then explained the professional career and the selection process, detailing the phases and explaining the tests that candidates must take.

Next, Agustín Saggese explained the types of actuaries (type 1, 2, 3 and 4: life, non-life, risks and data, respectively) to then explain the EY actuarial department both in the world and in Spain, commenting on his structure and the actuarial projects they work on, with examples of project development. They also explained the company's international mobility programs.

To finish, a round of questions and exchange of opinions with the attending students was opened.
