Last March, 5th, 6th and 7th took place some master classes of "Financial culture for our time: volatility, diversification and contagion" on the Puerta de Toledo Campus. They were taught by Enrique Sentana, economics proffesor of the CEMFI (Financial and Monetary Studies Centre) and an affiliate researcher of the CEPR (Center of Economic and Policy Research).
Each day a topic was taught. The first one was the volatility of the financial markets; the second one was destinated to talk about their diversification; and the last one was selected to explain the contagion between these markets. The lectures had a good level of attendance.
