From 8 to 10 July 2026, Madrid will host the 20th International Research Symposium for Accounting Academics, a leading international event in the field of accounting and finance aimed at PhD students, early-career researchers and lecturers at the start of their careers. The symposium, organised by INDEM at the Carlos III University of Madrid in collaboration with the Ramón Areces Foundation and the Autonomous University of Madrid, will bring together international experts to discuss the latest trends in areas such as capital markets, corporate governance, international accounting and management accounting research, as well as providing opportunities for the presentation and discussion of ongoing research projects.
ACEDE’s Business Strategy Section has launched the call for applications for the II Paper Development Workshop (PDW), which will take place on 28 and 29 October 2026 at Carlos III University in Madrid. The event will bring together international researchers and experts with the aim of enhancing the quality and academic impact of work in business strategy, providing a collaborative space for exchange and guidance on publication in high-impact journals.
