Interview with Carlos Crisóstomo in the newspaper El Español

In his Final Master's Thesis, Carlos Crisóstomo analyzes how climate change affects mortality: "I show that the highest temperatures of the year grow at a faster rate than the lowest ones."

According to himself: "This work presents the first investigation from an actuarial point of view on the impact of climate change on mortality and longevity risks in Spain... this work quantifies how much the mortality of older age groups may be affected high in the face of an increase in temperature both in the short and long term. In this way, it is related to the PASEM 2020 Tables and with Solvency II."

Due to the excellence of the aforementioned FMT, it has been published in the repository of the University and in that of the Mapfre Foundation where it can be consulted.
