The Deputy Director and Professor Dr. Pedro José Serrano of the Master in Actuarial and Financial Sciences has participated in the preparation and publication of the study "Alternatives to the insufficiency of pensions".

This report carried out in collaboration with El Insituto Santalucía, other professors at the Jaume I University and the firm Airos, analyzes the different formulas that a private individual has to obtain liquidity from their real estate. That is, convert an asset as a floor into a financial or life annuity.
