0 Course of the Master in Actuarial and Financial Sciences, class 2020/2021

Like every year, before the official start of the new edition of the master's degree in Actuarial and Financial Sciences, new students have been offered the possibility of attending course 0 of the master's degree completely free of charge.

This year, course 0, which has been taught by Professor Dr Pedro José Serrano, has focused on the study of Matlab mathematical software.

MATLAB (short for MATrix LABoratory) is a numerical computing system that offers an integrated development environment (IDE) with its own programming language (M language).

Universidad Carlos III de Madrid has a Matlab Campus-Wide license, which provides unlimited use of Matlab for all students, teachers, researchers and administration and services personnel, on and off-campus and on any device.
